Stopped in to get my knife repaired and Alex was great, she fixed my knife up like brand new. And I even got a new blade for it and had it installed! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
Just received my second knife I have bought from them and was a member of the knife of the month club for several months. Nothing but high quality products. Will definitely be buying more.
I bought 3 mini RCT1'S on Thanksgiving night during the black Friday sale. when they arrived one of the knives had a damaged blade. I tried sending pictures of the damage 3-4 different times through Facebook and email. took them over a week to finally get back to me to say you have to fill out the warranty form and send it back. So I send the knife to be "warrantied" even though it arrived with damage and a quality control inspection card. Being ghosted during the holiday by a reputable knife company was not the situation I thought I would be in. I made an in store purchase and living out of state had the knife shipped. It broke in the first 5 min of light use opening cardboard boxes. I got an RMA and sent the knife back. 3+ weeks later with ZERO response to emails, voicemails & messages I am left to wonder if they closed for the holiday or are just delaying my refund for some other reason. Standing by for a response.
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the knives you sell (5 stars) but the lack of communication has gotten worse over the years I've been with you. I recently asked about the reaper orders that were said to ship no later than 12-10 on facebook /facebook messenger and email if there were any updates on eta. Order took 12 days to ship when ordered 2 day air for product listed as instock. Customer service said it'd ship by Friday the 6th. Didn't ship, had to contact again, response was less than professional and mentioned "shipping issues" and one would have to be built. 2 hrs later it ships 2 day air 12 days later. Response from customer was condescension at best when apologizing that my experience was "less than perfect". Shipping was refunded, but after such mistakes my money was wasted on air freight anyway.
