Terrible that they closed down the food court. Also the mall smells like sewage every morning. And the fact that they plowed the snow all in employee parking is ridiculous making finding specific parking spots so we won't get towed even harder.
I really do not like the fact that the food court downstairs is shut down! I love the new one but it is very inconvenient for families and employees when we need a quick bite during our breaks!
New food court sucks
I was extremely disappointed and appalled at the total absence of a Christmas Tree and traditional Christmas songs of The Christ Child in the Manager Etc. at the WestRoads Mall in Omaha NE Shame on you American Corp. of mall Owners. Why do you no longer recognize the Majority of Americans who still believe and follow the birth and life & death of Christ? Merry Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you. I have always enjoyed the festivity and bustling about during the Christmas season at the West Roads mall. For the past 2 years it seems it no longer feels festive but has become an "anti Christmas" establishment. As such I will no longer be going there but will find a mall that Celebrates life, love and a wonderful season of cheer.... For everyone regardless of beliefs or preference. First time here on Thursday night/Friday morning. Loved it.!
Love the mall until now. I hate the idea of getting rid of the food court. This was easy when you have small children. I don't want to sit down for a meal that will be slower service time. If I want that I will leave and go somewhere. Food court was very handy and family friendly. Guess I will start going more to Oakview Mall. Not a good change!
I can’t believe The Cheesecake Factory lies to its customers about their eggs.. They actually come from abused animals! I'm not coming to Westroads Mall until Cheesecake is out or resolves the issue!
