New food court is MISERABLE.. Great look, but can't wait for it to fizzle out and we can have a real food court back

I really enjoyed the food court area, great vibe and I didn't have to stand around waiting for my food. The text when done option is great. My Boyfriend ate Blatts and I did Yum-Roll. It was fantastic, my food was great and I still stole some fries from him. I enjoy the unconventional eating places. Its nice to go here and not be stuck with Taco Bell, McDonald or Sbarro, etc. I feel there is also a lot more health conscious aptions as well.

Having worked at westroads for 2 years now, and seeing them go through the many changes in that time, I could not be more proud of the changes that have been made. It's become so much more than every other run down mall in this city. A big contributor to this is the AMAZING new food court! I love that all the new places are locally owned, and wayyyy healthier food options! I love the mall but I will never go to payless shoe stores again. I went in there because my daughter wanted a pair of shoes to play in. While we were in there, my husband was standing outside of the store talking to a guy that had just come out. He told my husband that an employee from the store was using racial slurs towards him yesterday and went back to talk to them about it. First time there today and I received a warning for my parking violation of parking into a legitimate parking spot and a little bit on the snowbank. knowing that your security officer watched me do it from their patrol vehicle, but when I confronted them about this ridiculous ticket they drove up in the vehicle like they were some kind of thug with their lumbar seat all the way in the back like they were driving from the backseat. If your here to shop it's whatever. My biggest complaint is the "new" food court. Upon walking by it looks great, first thing a bar, somewhere to hang out while my wife and kids spend more money then needed on trivial things like "the minions shirts" or something from Victoria secrets. I like that part. If she's going to waste money I might as well get sauced. The bad part was the food and atmosphere. As I entered there is a TV and a seating area. As a new mom, I soooo appreciate the private nursing rooms the mall provides! This makes me prefer this mall over a lot of other shopping locations in the Omaha area. Thank you!
