the er nurses and staff are so rude!! i didnt appreciate the way my father was treated while he was having trouble with his heart!! we will not be back!!!!! it took from 1030 pm. till 3pm the next to get him a bed. im so furious!!!!
We were in the ER last night. The Nurse was amazing but the Dr was horrible! Will NEVER go back!
Arrived at Rapides Regional Medical Center approximately 9:44pm. Still waiting in ER room for another room to become available so our 14 month old can rest without all the obnoxious staff. Time is 2:49am. Since we have been here, there is one nurse that goes above and beyond. While the rest continue to slam doors and be very loud joking with their co-workers and show no courtesy to patients or guest. I HIGHLY recommend that you go to another medical center if you have a choice.
RecommendedSunday my little boy was admitted into the hospital. When we arrived to the 3rd floor the nurses were all very nice and went above and beyond for us. Doctors arrived just a few minutes of being there. Our 2 day stay all the staff was very awesome! A huge thank you to all the staff who went above and beyond for us. And most of all getting my baby well!
Second time coming as a pregnant patient and the emergency room staff and night is horrible! I got there at 9 and didn’t get seen until almost 11 and still didn’t have any labs done by midnight. No where to sit my fiancé had to stand up and hold my 1 year old. And the nurses are very rude !!! Everyone in the waiting room was upset. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! Wouldn’t recommend going to anyone. I don’t care if I’m dying i will NOT go there. The woman’s and children’s side was amazing. Everyone was nice and quick.

Service is so slow....makes you almost feel like they have forgotten about you
