I'm not sure why Rapides Women's x-ray department opens at 6:30. The girl at the front desk didn't show until 7:10. I'm guessing they believe their time is more valuable than mine. The service here gets worse every time we come. The later in the day you come, the longer you have to wait. If my daughter's doctor was not at this hospital, I would not come back here.
15 months ago I delivered my beautiful daughter here. I was admitted at 10am and had my daughter at 8:01pm. Everyone knows that the shifts are 7 to 7 but my nurse that day decided herself to stay with me until my daughter took her first breath and was in my arms. I want to thank Miss Tiffany for being my constant that day and helping bring my daughter into my life. ♡♡♡
We have had the best stay here. Everyone has been so sweet and loving to my baby girl. Amazing staff! Thank you Rapides women's and children for making us feel like we are at home.
Labor and delivery nurses were awesome the nurses while I was in the hospital on the second floor were also 90% of the nurses that my son is had in the NICU have been awesome I have ran into a couple that were rude to me and acted like I didn't know what I was doing I just had my 3rd child I know how to change diapers I know how to take a temperature I know how to do all of that and I do not like feeling like they think I don't know what I'm doing but there was one nurse in particular that works in the NICU that set me down ... read more
