RecommendedI've been here for ER visits and to deliver my 2nd child (c-section). The ER can take a while but normally you can hear people with high level traumas getting air-medded in who are life and death. As far as the c-section absolutely 0 complaints. They entire staff from registration to all the nurses to the tech that wheeled me out were AMAZING!
Total time in the ER is ridiculously too long. After being at MD Anderson the past 2 days & seeing how super efficient they run their hospital, it’s a definite let down to be at Rapides. My dad has been here since 11:30am to be admitted per his cardiologist. After two diagnostic tests, he’s still waiting for a decision on whether he will in fact be admitted.
RecommendedRecently had an 8 day stay here and neither I, nor my family, ran across an employee that wasn't friendly or helpful. Facility was very clean and inviting also. I will definitely be bringing future health care needs here!
