Worst hospital in Rapides. The ER staff does not give a crap about you. They were completely dismissive of my pain complaints offered me no solution and did not try to figure out what was wrong with my leg.
my wife was transferred here last night from Jackson Parish Hospital in Jonesboro. We have been here since 6am. Dr saw her at 730am and ordered MRI. now it's almost 2pm and still haven't had the MRI. this is bullsh#$.
Most unprofessional Place ever!!! This hospital definitely does not understand the Hippa law!!! Speaking to patients with the door wide open!!! Giving patients Iv and medication in the hall!! I am sick to my stomach with this!! Worst than charity hospital!! This is PATHETIC!!!

Absolutely ridiculous, still waiting at Rapides Reginal Physicians Group off coliseum Blvd by the Walmart. I have a 1040 appointment time and here it is 50 minutes later. Is this what I can expect from y'all. I'd rather wait at the VA, at least when you get an appointment there and you sign in, you get your appointment started in a timely manner. It's like this everytime I have an appointment with Rapides Refional Physician Group.

Went to my daughters SCHEDULED 6 week apt. at Dr Bowers, and no one was there. There were other scheduled appts. there as well( I asked). After inquiring several staff ( which no one knew hardly anything) I found out his office will be closed until the 26th of Feb!!!!!!! So much for caring about his patients!!!! Not to mention she had to drag her 6 week old baby out in all this cold, wet, nasty weather for NOTHING!!!!! Not impressed at all!!!! 😡😊
