Prestige is a mixed bag. I liked my primary salesperson when I bought my F150 earlier this year although his supervisor almost blew the deal for us. My first trip back to the dealership for a couple small warranty items and oil change was a mixed bag as well. Really liked my primary service associate - Brad - but one of the two warranty items wasn't repaired correctly and they had to work on it more before I could leave. I just make a give shout out to Cody, his manager Chris & their Ford team. We been here a few times, every time we come here, they are so very helpful. Today they saved us $300 by taking our locked lug nuts out with no charge. When the other dealerships wanted to charge us an arm & a leg. Thank you so much & we'll definitely be coming back for more service 🇺🇸👍🤙💪🙏

Prestige Ford is a great place to purchase a car or truck. The salespeople are great and very knowledgeable. I do not recommend the service department. Where you get your oil changed or some kind of service on vehicles. They are not very friendly or helpful. I’m not a very demanding person but I am very flexible. They are not very flexible if you don’t have an appointment to get your oil changed or service on your vehicle.
