Prestige was wonderful in my purchasing my Expedition! The experience was great, smooth and fast, and the price could not be beat!!
I have tried for 3 weeks, to get someone to tell me why I was charged 58.00 dollars for an oil change and I get home and get an e mail from Prestige telling me oil changes are everyday 34.95.I chatted with people on line and told my story 3 times to these people and was told I would a manger would be in touch. Never happened.
I have purchased several vehicles from Prestige Ford and continue to come back. Terrance Harkey, my salesman is knowledgeable about the features of the car that I was interested in. He made sure that I would be happy with my purchase and always have had great service after every sale!
