Got my oil changed at the new Quick Lane ... highly recommend them.

I was blown away with the new Express Change at Prestige Ford I went in expecting to have to make an appointment, and found out an appointment was not needed. The service writer got the vin and milage and my oil change was paid with my Ford points. Very satisfied. My only suggestion is they should include a vaccum and car wash. Other than that. EXTREMELY SATISFIED

Bought my first car a few weeks ago, I had an excellent sales worker help me. As I slowly got my papers for payment it was a different story from what we agreed on. I will not be going back to this particular lot in Garland in the future. While employees were good at helping they went back at their word and agreement that was signed in front of 2 witnesses. I have yet to hear back about my complaints.
