Great service. Had a recall on my truck. Chose Randall Reed’s because it was nearby to my house. They were really quick with getting me in and out. They also helped me get reimbursed by ford for my expenses that I incurred addressing the recall myself. I really appreciated this extra effort.
The service was phenomenal when I came in on Thursday morning and Karina took care of me. She was attentive and the communication was extraordinary. This is our first Ford and the service prior to this with other service personnel has been atrocious and Karina was a breath of fresh air; you could tell she cares. Will ONLY work with her going forward
