Took my Explorer SportTrak for a leak showing up on my driveway when I parked it. First week couldn’t find anything wrong with it Second week found hole in coolent hose. 680.00 later still have something leaking in driveway
I took my truck in for a recall. The service rep told me that they had given the truck a multipoint check. He said I needed an oil change which I thought was reasonable and that I had a brake light bulb not working. I told him that I would wait for the oil change but I could change a brake light bulb. When I checked out I was charged $42.00 for a brake light bulb! Wow.
Been buying from Prestige Ford for a long time. My whole family has been. The sales man Joe Ritmo is awesome.
