Took my used f150 that I bought a week before in last Saturday to get a new key fob and asked them to check the brakes as you could see the rotors were grooved on the front were bad. They came back and said I had 6mm with in specs for pads. Said nothing about pads. Well Had brake job done today and pads had just over a 1/8 of a inch. Basically it was about to go. I don’t recommend this place at all. They will mess up your credit so bad and will not do anything to fix it . Eddie Mesillas ( sales man ) and the general sales manager Suzanne Baker didn’t do anything to fix my problem. They sent my information to banks without my permission or signature . Please don’t go there . You’re signing up to get your credit messed with BADLY. Worst experience .

I love it!!! My sales guy was Greg Lusk. You guys need to give him a superhero cape, because he is now my hero!! I didn’t think it was going to be possible to get me into a brand new car with the payments where I needed them to be. But Greg and the staff at Prestige Ford took wonder care of me!!!! Greg lusk is great. But the office side sucks. Been waiting on a gap check for 2 months and still nothing. And no one seems to know who supposed to give me a check. I have bought 3 cars in 4 years. At this point I will not buy from Prestisge ford again. At this point I am disappointed and dissatisfied

I bought a car through you a few years ago and when the transmission went out I took it to a ford dealer. Not you as I had moved. The warranty was voided because I didn’t take it to YOU. Lost time and sanity trying to get the car back to prestige. Not to mention that they may have a loaner to give me. I would never recommend you or the warranty program to anyone as unless you plan on staying in the area it’s WORTHLESS.
