Most of all the service advisors are not very helpful... they take their time to attend to your needs.. some of them even go out for lunch without even telling someone that your car is ready. The wait time for a oil change is over 2hrs or more.. if your lucky. And yet when you need something done they are good to put a price on it without checking if you have warranty..so I don’t recommend this dealer for your automotive needs.
Eddie was my salesman today, and he was fantastic! He got me the deal I asked for & was super easy to work with! He wanted me in the car I wanted just as much as I did! Mike in finance was also FANTASTIC! I highly recommend Prestige Ford! This is my 4th time buying a vehicle, and this was by far the easiest and smoothest process! I’m so thankful I stumbled along my 2018 Ford Explorer while browsing! Thanks Eddie & Mike!

The dealership ran my credit today WITHOUT my permission. In fact, I was simply asking questions by phone about a truck on the lot, and I asked for the finance manager to call me to answer a few questions. I told the salesperson that we would come in this afternoon and possibly look at trading in. I specifically said “do not run my credit, as I don’t know if we even plan to do anything” and an hour later my phone blew up with multiple credit inquiries. Like, ELEVEN!!!!!
