The WORST auto body shop! Recently in an auto wreck. I requested my vehicle be taken to another dealership. APRIL in the auto body shop started yelling at me that they had already ordered the parts and that they were going to work on my vehicle rather I wanted them too or not. 1- I never got a phone call requesting approval to order the parts etc. 2- who hired this employee?? This is MY PROPERTY and for someone to speak to someone regarding that persons property the way she did is TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT. Take your vehicles here!... read more

I took my new F250 in for service. It was in the shop for 4 days. They did not even look at it. Worst service ever!!! BEWARE!!!

Bought a 2016 f250 diésel and a week later took it in cause the engine light came on and they told me the Diesel was contaminated made a claim on my insurance and said the truck fuel pump contaminated the diesel been in the shop for two months and still can’t get it fixed because now Randall ford saying previous owners didn’t do maintenance and it’s going to cost $12,000 to fix And they are not offering to help in anyway shape or form had it for two months made two payments and use the truck for seven days This place is the ... read more

I took my 2017 F250 Platinum in for squeaky brakes at 8,000 miles. They sanded down the pads and told me this should help. I was driving around the other night with windows down and noticed that they were in fact still very noisy. So I took it back this morning. It now has 20,000 miles. I am now being told that I need to replace the rotors and pads, not under warranty for $650. The explanation being that the rotors are supposed to be turned at about 50-60k miles so this is "normal wear and tear". How is this not extreme prem... read more

Anyone thinking about doing business with Prestige Ford in Garland, I highly discourage you. Brought my 2017 F250 in with less than 20,000 miles for excessively noisy brakes. The rotors are warped and they are trying to tell me this is “normal wear and tear” therefore this is not warranty work. To top it off they then tried to charge me $200 more than I was told. They just lost a customer for life.

I've been leasing my Ford Explorer for a little over a year now and never had problem until my husband and I went out to try and start it and it didn't start. Once we got it jumped everything started messing up. All the sensors were flashing, steering wheel was hard to turn, wouldn't lock or unlock. Negotiated a deal with them for a vehicle they had on the lot. Was set to come up to Dallas to purchase. Was told they got a higher price from a walk in so they sold it. Typical used car salesman. Their "family values" slogan is a joke.
