Good customer service! They followed up with a phone call. The only thing I didn’t know before I got there was my service representatives name which they asked me and I didn’t know. That would have been nice to know when I called and made the appointment. Overall, I keep going back!

Prestige Ford's Service Department is second to none. I had transmission work done and Lee went above and beyond to help. Lee not only took care of me as a customer ... he secured some fishing equipment I had in the back and kept it all safe for me. Not only did I get the transmission fixed ... the price and service was exceptional! ... Attention sales team ... when 2020 Broncos are in ... Lee sent me!

I took my Expedition in for a full tune up, it took 3 days. When I got my vehicle back I went to start it the next morning only to find they did not reconnect the battery cables properly. Extremely simple and it was over looked. Disappointed.
Purchased a used 2017 F250. Joe Ritmo was the salesman and was excellent. Mike Lindsey in finance was great as well. Low pressure and very informative.
