I just purchased my first vehicle, and had the best experience. I couldn't have asked for better service through the whole process. Salesman was very knowledgeable and the finance department took excellent care of me. Huge thanks to Tony Rayburn, and David Williams. They truly care about their customers and will get you the best deal around.
Never thought I'd have a new vehicle again but peter and noel made it happen for me!! Now my kids and i have a reliable ride and enough room for everyone!! Thanks for being so helpful guys!!!
This escape I have has had problems since I've had it. I have to schedule appointments around when I have a aide to set with my wife as she can't be alone. This vehicle came with a extended warranty and was supposed to be certified pre-owned. I was told I'd get a rental car if it took to long so far they have not been very cooperative with there part of this agreement.
Had an 11am appointment for a "fast lane" oil change. Was not done until 1:30pm. First & last oil change there.
Great experience with Peter Rossum in the internet sales dept. He went beyond the boundries to help me get into my 2015 Jeep Renegade. Merry Christmas to me thanks to the folks at Randall Ford.
