Just picked up my new mustang and I love it! The guys at the dealership were great helping to understand how to operate all the extras my car came with.. everything was quick and made easy for me by the staff. Would definitely recommend buying your next car here!!
We scheduled our hail repair back in May of this year for September 6th. My wife and I took off work only to find out that the paperwork was misplaced and none of the parts where available. Re-scheduled two more times.... Dropped it off on the 20th and called only to find out it will be another week before it is finished. Very Disappointing!!!

I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Randall Ford. I've always gotten great service and dependable vehicles. We love our new 2014 Escape and without a doubt will purchase our next from them. I came all the way from Austin TX just to shop at Randall Ford!
Did not have a good experience at all. Told me I had to get a certain vehicle because that's the only financing I could get. What they didn't know is I already knew I could get financed. So they lost a sale and I went to Rhodes cheverlote walked out with a brand New vehicle no problem. Financed by a big name company. Wished I didn't have to give one star. My old vehicle was financed through credit acceptance. We worked hard to build credit and succeeded. They just wouldn't listen. And lost a huge sale
Worst place around to either buy or have your vehicle serviced. Completely incompetent and totally untrustworthy! GO ELSEWHERE!! You'll be glad you did!
I would like to give thanks to Harrison Hunter for helping me buy my first truck and the rest of the Randall ford team for making it happen today such nice people and people that don't give up on trying to put you in a vehicle so much determination it will be the place I do my business from now on
I took my car in today and Charlie Aaron treated me and my wife like a true valued customer . Then we dealt with Isaac and he treated us with nothing but respect. I'm telling you I have never in my life seen customer care like this. These guys had our car for about 6 hrs and it was fixed. I am also going to try and call the owner and express my gratitude for their service department. #100PercentSatisfiedCustomer!!!!
Worst service department there is. I have had to call 11 times just to get hung up on for trying to see if my vehicle was ready. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
