Too bad i can't click zero stars. Scheduled at 305...they didn't get my car in til 430, might be done possibly by 6pm. Quotes should include total costs, expected cost to be $820, even with a supposed discount it came to $870. My husband was thinking about purchasing a new truck...i will drive to the Fayetteville area before bringing my vehicle back here or buying a vehicle!
Quick lane takes over 2 hours for oil change should have went else where

Terrible service, lied to my face about credit, patronized me, lowered my credit score due to the salesman's lie. Told me to come back and show them my money otherwise they wouldn't show me their cars or they would be wasting their time... Avoid them.
They tried to rob me on trade in abd wanted to offer me a used Nissan that's transmission was about to go out abd no warranty, abd told me "you'll never get what your looking for, your standards are too high" .. Needless to say went to breeden Hyundai abd got a 2014 in the same price range I asked of Ford, it's exactly what I was looking for. Bought a brand new focus in 2010 had transmission problems 4 months after I got it and took it to them with check light on abd they told me "nothing is wrong with it"
Worse place to buy a vehicle. I bought an escape and noticed that air sounded like it was coming through the windshield they told me that not possible. Turns out there was some kind of a recall on it and they fixed it but I had to wait over 3 weeks before they would do it. Then while I was waiting for it to be fixed (3 hours) after it was done they informed me that they have to keep the vehicle overnight and I needed a rental car. Wishing I could leave a review for NO STARS! I will NEVER buy a car from here. My in-laws bought a car for their daughter that the brakes have gone out on 3 TIMES!! 3 people. They're obviously untrained and the clearly don't care and have a blatant disregard for the customers.. you can't wait out the warranty on every vehicle you sell. Idiots.
We'll very disappointed in Randall ford we have had our edge in the shop for three days and they still haven't look at it .this is not the first time either for this same problem. We have asked to talk to a manager of the dealership they wouldn't let us said he hasn't come in yet we wait around for awhile then they say he is in a meeting so we left and left our car there Monday morning still there today I ask to speak to the service manager still don't get to talk to one really really disappointed will not ever buy another c... read more
I did not give Randall ford a five star I gave it a 0 they have had my edge for four times and they have done nothing but make excuses . Can't believe any thing they tell you . They said that they would call right back and that was at 4 pm today .
