Took my 2015 mustang in, in Feb. due to it locking up on me randomly while driving it. They kept it almost two weeks just tell me they didn't find anything wrong with it. Last week the same thing happened so I took it straight in to them, never heard a word from them so I stopped in today since they've had it a week and once again told me they found nothing wrong. I'm just going to say this as bluntly as possible. Service Center is crap! Customer service from sales is crap, but if you feel like you are being mistreated or need someone to make things right, go talk to Bradford. Yeah he may have lost my business for the next 6 years while I'm paying on my new car, but he made things right. The sales guys will treat you like gold until you drove off the lot after purchasing a vehicle but if you ever have issues with anyone there, he's the guy to get things done. It is a great place to go to get a new or used vehicle. If you go there be sure you ask for Brandon Davis because he will get you in a new ride.
Bought an escape back in 2014 that was a year old and had nothing but problems out of it. Dealership kept doing tests and sending me home and it kept messing up. Finally got tired and traded. Was going to buy a brand new 2016 ford but with the customer service I got by profiling me since I'm younger and supposedly "can't buy new" I went to another dealership the same day and drove away with a brand new 2016 truck. They are horrible horrible horrible. I've not ever had a good dealing with them. I now drive from Fort Smith to North Little Rock to get good service. They did not fix my husbands truck and were not going to fix it when they knew t was their doings. My mother took her brand new Lincoln in there cream on the inside and they got grease all over it AND hit it with another car at some point. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE, EVER!
