A gentleman named Issac helped me out when I went in for a check up. He has amazing customer service skills. He walked me through the entire inspection, in lament terms, and answered all of my questions. I didn't actually plan on buying anything today just be informed on future fixes. But he sold me a new set of tires! I couldn't have asked for a better representative to help me! Great experience and I will definitely be going back to Randall Ford, even though I drive a Nissan!!
I took my car in for its first oil change.....everyone i encountered was very nice and helpful....got my fluids checked...battery checked...rotated tires.....was at husbands work and had to use shuttle....took us back to his work and picked us up when car was done.....wont take my car any where else...no problems here
My car begin shaking at low speeds last year. I took it into this dealership and they told me it was normal and to "drive it out". The same thing happen this year and the car begin shifting irregularly. It never stopped, so I brought it back in and complained. They finally told me that there was a recall and they fixed it. They were alerted that I was there waiting for my vehicle but never came and got me once it was done, I apparently stood in the waiting room for an hour unnecessarily. went for oil change and service and my truck barely made it home. Going to pay a toll to another dealership and see what is wrong. After I find out what the issue is and if it could have been something Randall or didn't do. I will decide what I think about them. The service counter employ was very nice. Only thing I know to say right now
Doug Eubanks was an awesome salesman! Made sure to stick to our parameters for buying, and really served us great! He answered every question we had (we had a lot). Wonderful customer service and a great guy to work with!
Kudos to the collision repair service. My repair was done in a little over 2 weeks, from tow in to completion, and the work was excellent !! Thank you very much !!
