Well, this place is the worst. My son bought a Tahoe there 8 mos. ago.(used). 2 wks. ago I had to go pick up my daughter in law and grandchildren that were stranded on Hwy. 59. It was a HOT summer day and stranded. They had to call a wrecker to pick up this piece of crap suv.Guess what? The engine blew and it would take 4000.00 dollars to fix this piece of crap!!!! This car dealership is the best around, hands down. I never expected to be treated so fairly when I got in the market for a new car. Randall Ford made it painless to get the truck i wanted and I left there feeling like I'd just won the lottery. I plan to take all of my service and maintenance business there as well. Their facilities are stunning, modern, comfortable, and the complimentary coffee and cappuccino is a nice touch.
Taylor was our sales rep. He was amazing made it quick and painless... got me the best deal... and the best car :) go see Taylor of your in need he will fix you up...
Douglas Eubanks is a sales person here and he is a crook a liar and a thief I can't believe that they would even consider hiring someone of his character. Do NOT buy anything from this man!!!
