Would like to give a huge thanks to Anthony in finance, pat over in the body shop and the managers at randall ford. Had a bad instance with a warranty issue and they made it right with us, took our F250 there after hail damage and a couple weeks later metal & rust was showing up in the paint and sunroof. I had a complimentary oil change (I think from when I first got my car). I thought it was just a spam email. So I went in to see if I really had one or if it was just spam. I figured the least they could do is tell me no. The man was super nice and looked it up on my account and sure enough I had one. He got me in to get my oil changed right away so I didn't have to come back later. He told me it would be about and hour.
