My stupidity when they showed me the car they had to jump it then and i bought it anyway. They said they can't do anything other than sell me a new battery for 139 dollars.. Never again. Be there by 6 pm. Talk to a Salesman on Monday needed special financing have bad credit took my information and said he would call me back in a few minutes Thursday still haven't heard from them obviously got denied a phone call letting me know would have been nice the worst communication I've ever dealt with
Have a hard rattle while driving, enough to feel it on my feet, a physical hard rattle, service tech gave excuse that there were too many loose items in the door, I know there is an issue in the front end, I will not do business with your service dept again
It should not take an hour for just an oil change Last time it was 3 1/2 for tire rotation and oil change this time an hour for just oil. Fast lanes is not fast
