Room sizes are good but no maintenance, breakfast service is very bad not good for families We stayed 3 days all the 3 days lifts were under maintenance

Not the best experience. The receptionist could hardly speak English. No air con and lifts weren't working. Breakfast was poor, cold, and really just not worth it. Overall wouldn't stay here again

This hotel is on its last legs, the outside is shabby and run down. The whole hotel had no air conditioning working on one of the hottest days of the year, the only fan they could find was a battered old one that was falling apart. The room it self was tidy, but unfortunately one of the lights and fan was not working in the bathroom and the room was fully of moths!! Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else..

Rooms and interior is generally nicely decorated and looks fairly freshly done. The outside looks very run down but I guess that doesn't matter too much. Main reason I'm giving 3 stars is the water system for showers. Shower was run for 15 minutes in the morning around 0830 and it was ice cold the whole time, was warm when we checked it around 1000 just before we left so it obviously can't handle multiple people showering.....but it's a hotel....housing multiple people so that's really unacceptable to be having cold showers ... read more
