Security lane is always super fast, and I'm always to my gate in plenty of time. Not to mention how incredibly beautiful Terminal 2 is.
So cool! I landed and we walked out stairs onto the runway and we were outside walking to the building! I've never done that before. It was like an old movie! Real neat! Love Raleigh and can't wait to go back, wish there was a direct flight from LIT!

Terrible customer service, rude staff especially at US airways, they have no regards to people's needs or basic manners when dealing with their customers. Those days are gone when we can expect to receive what we pay for. The US airways staff lacks general courtesy for acknowledging that they are costing us not just money and inconvenience but helplessness.
