Your customer service is horrible. My son flew out of there to come home on leave. He left his truck in what he thought was the $6/day parking, but when he picked up his truck he found out it wasn't. When he called he was rudely told that it was not your problem and they hung up on him. Shame on you for treating our military like this.

I do a lot of travel for work and RDU is always a breath of fresh air after Chicago, Atlanta, Dulles, NYC, etc... easy in, easy out, and very modern.
Well RDU, I have NEVER encountered such rudeness as I did this morning at Terminal 2 departures. I had to drop off family for a 7am flight. Since both drop off lanes were taken, I had to stop in the right lane to let my family out of the car because I didn't want them to miss their flight. Well one of your workers, who you obviously don't pay enough came over with his little ticket book to issue me a ticket. No cell phone lots??? Strange.
It's a nice and quite big airport having some nice beautiful views.
I've never seen an airport with security check for passengers exiting the aircraft till now. This is so annoying. After hours of flight then go through another security check?? If you can trust us in your aircraft why not your airport? Crazy....!!
Women travelers beware, they don't stock tampons in the restroom vending machines. My wife pumped quarters into 3 empty machines before having to buy a box of tampons at the exorbitant airport markup price. (The smallest bottle of drinking water at the airport will cost you over $3). Occam's razor would suggest the machines are empty by design for extra cash flow. I doubt that on that particular day most women's menstral cycles all fell into sync.
