I think it's a great airport. .
I am just shocked. This airport has the absolute rudest employees I have ever encountered. From the check in desk, to the TSA agents, to the gate crew. Every single employee I interacted with seemed miserable, snippy, and unfriendly. I am originally from NC and I was SHOCKED. Very disappointed :(
Omg... I drove three hours in the middle of the night from the NC coast to make my 6:10am flight. Arrived about 5:20, was told "YOU'RE TOO LATE" ....had to reschedule my flight for 4pm.... stuck at the airport for hours, sleepy, tired, uncomfortable, late for my family vacation to California. No accommodations, no "I'M SORRY, no nothing!!
I have never had a BAD experience from this Airport ! I think its one of the best so far i have been in ! Bravo ! to the people who work there !
Wonderful airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Delta Sky Club folks are fantastic. The only complaint I have is the rental car facility is to far away and Avis is horrible at running enough buses to pick you up. The wait is way to long.

Can someone please explain to me why you're no longer allowed to wait for a passenger? My elderly grandmother flew in from Orlando. I received confirmation from her airline that she had landed. A man came up to my car and told me I had to circle around until she physically came out. So, I'm supposed to let my 75 year old grandmother sit outside in the sun waiting for me to arrive? I have already called to complain about this but I still feel what happened was absolutely ridiculously. Today while dropping of my boyfriend at Terminal 1 I had a traffic officer approach me. I have a plush mustache on the front of my car. I've had it for years, before this "Lyft" and "Uber" company were even thought up. Needless to say I was mistaken for one of their drivers and threatened to be to be ticketed.
