Love flying in and out of here. Small feel with big service and amenities. Very easy travel. Only issue so far is that the frequent flier airline priority lane is a constant guessing game...and today it only consisted of the sign, there was NO lane?

I've now traveled from this airport at Thanksgiving and on Christmas Eve. Each time from arrival to gate took no more than 30min. Super easy to navigate and very fast security.
With only two unacceptable options there is no food and drink on the public side of security. No place to relax and share a drink and meal before saying goodbye to a loved one.

i used south west at rdu airport is one of the worst airport's in the United States I am a disabled person I have c.p I have a speech problem and I use a walker . So this past week I flew out of rdu airport so I get up to desk I give the lady my ticket she asked do I kneed a wheelchair I said yes well. I looked at my phone I got done talking to the lady at 6.41 am at 6.58 am a guy walks up to me he says you the one who asked for a wheelchair I said yes..
