Always organized and professional. I love the fact that rdu offers family restrooms, makes life easier when traveling with little ones. I fly frequently, and it's astonishing how many airports don't offer family restrooms. Keep up the good work.

I fly through here almost weekly and the priority line is seldom open and it takes longer for your baggage to get to baggage claim than most airports. The TSA agents have an indifferent attitude which gets old. If there was another option I take it! That being said the Delta agents are great.

We used the United and American Airlines terminal. New, clean, with easy breezy parking. Lots of non stop flights are being added. Stay tuned.
