Just simply amazing, so helpful and amazing people who works here so far.
Never experienced a smoother check in process in my traveling life. TSA agents were polite and FAST... Got through an incredibility long line in less than 15 minutes. And seeing a TSA K9 is always fun! Thanks for a great experience.
Security rocked it this am but the parking situation, not to mention the price, was atrocious! Come on, surely you aren't charging us more for a worse experience. Get it together! You know how many people travel through here. Many of us need to park.

I travel quite a bit with my work and must admit that RDU ranks up there with some of the best airports in the country. Now with the new parking plan, it should only get better. Glad to be living in Raleigh!!!
Taking 45 seconds at the Southwest terminal to drop my wife and 3 month old off is apparently against the rules. It was 6am and I was one of 2 cars out there. I get it, you don't want cars parking and causing congestion but when it's 6am, there are 2 cars and you see a father unloading a 3 month old and large suitcase you've got to be sensitive to the situation. 45 seconds shouldn't require a parking ticket.
Wow I arrived got my boarding pass for my wife ad me TSA quick check in and to the gate all went smoothly love it!
Closing parking and sending everyone to Park and Ride. Ok, that I understand. However, having inadequate signs showing Park and Ride location is lame. Had to ask at terminal. For others stuck circling airport, Park and Ride 3 is by Sheetz! Once you leave airport, signage is better.
It's Thusday before Easter and I had a 7am flight. When I walked in there must have been 200 people in the security line. I had a little over an hour before my flight, but was still worried about getting through security in time. The TSA agents were awesome. They moved everyone quickly through the line and didn't compromise security. They were also very pleasant. Good job TSA and RDU.
