Employees were warm and helpful, makes your travel pleasant and less stressful for passengers.
RDU is an efficient airport with tons of airline options! Add low fares and friendly faces to that list and you'll see why it is my preferred airport when visiting the Raleigh-Durham region.
Security was great easy to get through .and shops are cool if your a little early.
Birds!! Please get the birds out of the airport! They sound nice, but they are uninhibited, flying and walking right up to people! Not clean.
It was a very calm and relaxing process I loved it !

Airport is fine but the lack of acceptable mobile coverage other than AT&T is a shame. RDU authority should bid out a proper carrier neutral DAS solution. It's 2016 - should be good coverage for carriers willing to invest in it - not a monopoly by one carrier.
Stayed here overnight at the USO. The airport is beautiful && very clean! I was definitely pleased.
Off to ALASKA after spending last night at The La Quinta at the airport... Left our car there for FREE... Took their shuttle ( for FREE) right to Delta where the friendly Skycaps checked us in ( no line) all the way through to Alaska.. We hardly broke a sweat although I was dreading security this morning after a Natl. holiday... We were in TSA pre-check line, walked right up... Walked right through..
