One of the easiest airports to fly into and out of, second only to OIA in Orlando, FL. Thank you RDU.
The TSA people were very professional and nice.....didn't like taking my shoes off but I understood....
It's always cheaper flying out RDU. It would've cost $200 flying out of CLT. Glad to know the USO is open 24 hours!

Xpresspa at RDU airport located in terminal 2, by gate C10. Is one of the best ways to squeeze in a mani pedi or a massage during a delay! Sometimes I get there earlier just so I have more time with my family during the week.
I have a knee replacement so I have to go through the scanner every time which I understand! Why do they have to pull me aside and pat me down around the middle because I am FAT????? I frigging hate that! I talked to the supervisor and he said it was because the scanner highlighted that area! BULLS HIT! FAT DOES NOT READ ON A SCANNER AS DANGEROUS!!!!
This place is terrible. If your ever have to make an emergency flight, you have to wait until they open at 4:30 am! Terrible service from SW staff :(
New parking scheme proves again the old corollary the upgrades are rarely improvements. Three levels "full" today...yet found several open spots on "full" floor. Lower level aka Rich Guy's Level wide open. No signage or poor signage to reach the old deck. No improvement at all. Oh, and the web page form for feedback? Doesn't function from a Android phone...
I'm writing this review on my daughter's behalf. On May 9, 2016, my daughter was scheduled to fly out with American Airlines to attend her father's funeral in New York City. Upon checking in, she was immediately told that she could not bring her carry on bag onto the plane. She would have to pay an extra $25 or buy a new bag. My daughter tried to explain to the manager/supervisor that she didn't have enough money to do so. She asked if she called me, would I able to pay for it with my card over the phone?
