I love the rainforest now the new menu sucks we will not be back

Wonderful place
The secret is to get there when they open. Jasmine H (our server) was awesome. The burgers were actually pretty good. We were in /out in An hour.. It doesn't help that bus loads day care kids go in and slow the day down right at first. Service was awesome.0nly negative was that it smelled close to the animated lions..no telling what has gone on there I all the years at has been open!
So disappointed ! I was looking forward to eating there with my Grandchildren only to find one they changed the menu! The new menu is terrible! No good salads! They used to have one of, my favorite salads with goat cheese and candied pecans and now I have nothing to look forward too! The service was terrible and so is the new food! If you plan on eating here make a reservation . It was valentines weekend thankfully we made a reservation but there was a line people had been standing there for 45 minutes one women began to make a scene we walked past her she really flipped . All I can say is rat poo!! It was all over the place and I took the pictures!! Gross
We got there early and it still took close to an hour for our food to come out... When our food finally got to the table, it was cold. There was hardly anyone there and they sat is between R two other families - it was awkward and very unpleasant.
We wanted to plan a fun trip to the Rainforest Cafe with my family to celebrate my son's Birthday and we're going to the Sealife Aquarium ahead of time that morning so, we decided to drop in and grab an early reservation for that evening for dinner. As we arrived we found a lady in the gift shop to see where we could do that. She informed me that the restaurant wasn't open until 11am to do that and I would have to come back then to do so.
