We took our middle daughter to RFC in Grapevine to celebrate her 9th birthday. Service started spectacular. We have children with allergies and informed our server right away. She was on top of it. Went to the kitchen and the chef returned to our table and assisted us with an order for our oldest daughter. Said he would make sure he took care of it. Worst customer service. Food took over an hour to get and it was cold when we got it. Waited an additional 30min for the bill. Spoke to the manager and all he had to say was sorry that happened. Waist of 3hrs and money spent on over priced cold food.
So disappointed in the food, for the amount of money I spent, I would have been better off going to a steakhouse!
Just walked out because of the roaches crawling around me. Managers says they got sprayed last nite. Not good enough for me.

After waiting 40 minutes for our table, which I was not mad about.... we got seated our server didn't take our order until after 45 mins and that's after the fact he said "let me get these menu's out of the way..." We took our daughter for her birthday today. Service was great, staff was extremely kid/family friendly, we absolutely loved the lady who made the animal balloons, and the volcano was awesome!
We ordered a seafood stew and rotisserie chicken neither were great. We informed our server and Chef came out to make things right! We then each had one of the best burgers in my life!!! Thank you so much a great experience.
Today was mine and my families 1st time at RFC. My husband and I brought our kids (9 year old girl and 4 year old boy) for a day of fun! We went to Legoland this morning then to the restaurant around noon for lunch. Let me start by saying wow...the amount of things to look at and take pictures with was outstanding.
