To mimic what others have said. Its a beautiful restaurant but the service was VERY slow. We ordered appetizers and it took 45 mins to get that. Then add'l 30 mins for our actual dinner. Food was not all that great. Kids ate it due to the fact they were starving after waiting for so long. They took forever to refill our drinks. We had to ask 4 times for them to be refilled. That was ridiculous. Restaurant was not even that busy. It was such a disappointment and overpriced. We wont be going bk there.

Great food, our server, when one volunteered, even after asking a manager for service, was AWESOME. I believe jp was his name. Dudes a rockstar, gave excellent service, if it weren't for him, i may have never gone back again. Something about issues with staff in the kitchen. By the time we were done, there were a,ton of tables, and they were giving a two hour wait time. All i can say is if you like to gamble on service, then goodluck.
the restaurant it self was beautiful, but the service even though very kind just was slow.... and it took over 45 min to get our food, the orders was not right and it was cold on top of that, sent it back wait 30 min longer to get it and still not right then waited an hour on a drink, and to be honest it is over priced and has no flavor the food is not worth it. the drinks are amazing but I will not go back, I was there for a birthday party and they brought the cake out with out singing and forgot the smash cake so the baby ... read more
We had such a good time, it is well worth the drive. Excellent good and staff members. Well go back for sure.
The food quality was poorer than I expected and the animals didn't move often.
Terrible service. We waited an hour and still didn't have our meal.
