First and only visit. Highly disappointed. Dont plan on coming back. Happily walked down to subway and ate there instead.
Completely understaffed. Way too many tables in too small a space. Just not right to be so disappointed at a place with so much potential. Food cost way too much to have such Terrible service.

Two of my daughters worked here. Yesterday my 18 year old had a allergic reaction to something while working and her lips started to swell. She went to the general manager, and instead of him seeking medical attention for her or calling her emergency contact, he laughed and told her to finish her tables and then "go get her herpes fixed". This is a fun place. It is a great place to eat and enjoy the unique atmosphere. I have enjoyed everything I have ordered and the service was always with a smile!
Was NOT impressed!! Anything we need i had to go find someone and ask fkr it. My fished was burned, had to go to bar and get my own drinks. Volcano brownies were frozen!
This morning during lunch my frind and I we saw a big rat walking very slowly in the bushes by the elephants (very close to the table that we were setting) I couldn't eat thinking how's the kitchen with ratas. Of course I will never back again. .
. This place is high as giraffe pussy the service is not that good either hamburgers is $15 dollars their famous dessert that they don't even light up no more is $15 for me and my wife and a 2 year old 55 dollars...
Either this location is severely understaffed ( which would be the managements fault ) or the systems they use to check in are horrendous ( which would be managements fault) or the have incompetent hostesses ( which is managements fault for hiring them ). It has been two hours waiting to get in. When they told us 40min. It's not just us, everyone in this waiting area is about to throw down. We all have small children. What a joke.
