The overall experience, service & food portions have gone down..We waited over an hour for our food. Though the food tasted good it still isnt what it used to be. They could also use a really good cleaning. The animals and dislpays inside the restaurant are really dusty. The animals barely moved and it only stormed 1 time in our 2.5 hour dinner. It will be a long time before we go back and thats IF we go back again. ��
Hot!!! Took an hour to get appetizers and another hour for food. Made our reservations for 7:45 pm thinking service would be better. Prices are outrageous and food is not that great. Very expensive! Dark HOT AND LOUD! counted 9 tables that had not been cleaned from previous customer for over 30 minutes. I will NEVER go back.
waiter Tommy was horrible, I tipped over th 15% but not the suggested tip and he had the guts to walk back to my table, where I was celebrating my little girl's 2nd Birthday, already spent over 180 dollars and ask my husband if this is what we tipping, the tip was 18.00 dollars which was pretty darn good to me, so i took my tip back...so hated it.
The environment and experience is amazing. Seafood is okay and a little overpriced but besides that it's great.
Everything was good but my daughter wanted a teddy bear from thier Build-A-Bear but the employees were obviously too busy talking amongst each other�
This is a super cool place, HOWEVER, the food is very expensive. I ordered a tropical chicken salad. Sounded great on the menu. For $18 I got mostly lettuce and sliced chicken breast. I expected a really nice salad for the price and was highly disappointed.
I brought 5 nieces and nephews here yesterday. Our waiter, Rome, was amazing! He went out of his way to make my nephew, who was having a tough time, feel better. The food was great, the kids loved it, but it was Rome who made the experience for me.
Thank you so much for providing our daughter who has multiple food allergies a safe meal! We are grateful!
I have been here before and the service was great! I was here this past weekend and I was very disappointed in the service; we had after the long wait. I honestly didn't expect the poor service we had. Our waitress was not properly trained to assist to a large group!
