Everything was perfect . Was given an estimated sit time when I got there and our party was called 11 minutes early. It was packed too but so worth the wait . The waiter was exceptionally courteous. Kept my grandkids entertained . Everybody loved their food. The guacamole burger was the best burger I have had in 2 years.

The worst birthday experience ever! I made reservations for 7, it took them 15 minutes to get our table ready when the restaurant was dead! Our food took 1 and a half hours to get out to us! All they could say was sorry! We skipped the Volcano bc our dinner was already 2 hours long! $250 dinner for poor food and service...we definitely won't be going back! The place has gone down hill!

My 6 yr old grandson and his friend loved it. We are here before we went to the ice exhibit. We got there right at 11a and waited for the hostess to sit us. No one was around. The waiter Dylan was very nice. The rainforest affect was cool but the food is way overpriced and the adult beverages were mediocre. Although we enjoyed it, it's not somewhere I'd go back too for the price unless a special event.

All fluff and show. The food was awful. Overpriced and substandard. Nice aquariums though.

Service was not at all what I expected or have had in the past. Food was average, but very highly priced. It was a nice experience for the kids, but cost WAY too much for the service & the quality. Bring back the sparklers for the Volcano!!
