Service was way to slow took 40 min to get food . Wait staff moving way to fast to get help.

Definitely a fun time, Jess was our waitress and she was awesome! Really helped to make our time there fun! The food was way below the quality we usually get there. Looked very sloppy and really just didn't have the quality, I'm used to getting there.
Manager was very accommodating to our expectations! Food was amazing!
Spent the weekend at Great Wolf Lodge and add we were about head home decided go to the rain Forest Cafe in grapevine, Texas. Wonderful experience, no wait time, we went around 11:30ish. Food was great, atmosphere was fun and wait staff were so friendly and attentive. And the good bill want eben that bad... Definitely recommend!!!
The prices are ridiculous, the adult beverages contain almost zero alcohol. And, when we finally got our food it was not good.
The place was amazing and the service was really good, I needed to wait 1:30 hours to get in and there were a lot of empty tables, also I got intoxicated qith the shrimp that I order, I wont say the food was poisoned but it seems to be freezed for a long perior of time, the place and the service are good, contract more people and do something with the kitchen!!!
