My sister, her husband, and four kids all had a good time, until later that night ALL six of them had food poisoning. Upon calling several times and emailing, no one has bothered to return her calls. I would thus caution people against eating at this establishment, and their lack of care for customers.
The food was intitle dry and not good at all . It might as well be Fed to homeless people or give away I feel like they shouldn't charge for something not worth eating
We loved it. The food was great and our waiter was very sweet and very polite. It was my first time going and I definitely will return. Are toddler and our grandbaby enjoyed seeing all the animals and the huge fish aquarium tanks.
Restaurant was nice...we are from Oklahoma and had never been here... so we walked up and stared at the 2 people working the "passport" desk and they looked at us but were to busy flirting to acknowledge us...so we walked on to the back. who then made us walk back and interrupt the flirty duo -\-\super inconvenient for them -\-\- walked back and got seated. waiter was nice. took almost 10 minutes to order drinks and another 15 to order food. when the food finally did come the shrimp was dry... but whatever it tasted good. th... read more
Super Nice General Manager took VERY good care of us. Very cool place to eat. We will for sure be back. Generous portions, awesome fish tanks everywhere, the lighting effects. Great place! Very very fun!
The food was good, but the service was even better.
Poor customer service and over priced food. Was not impressed.
The scenery was great. My friend's 5 yo was impressed (his reactions were cute!) However, I ordered a drink from the drink menu that came in specialty cups and it said that the drink I ordered didn't come in the specialty glass but I assumed the glass was still included, just the drink was in a plain glass.. Just the drink came out and it was very weak, it had hardly any alcohol and the price I was charged was more than listed. I had the ribs, shrimp, steak combo. It was absolutely delicious! The ribs just fell off the bone and the steak was seasoned wonderfully. A great place to take kids, not so much for a romantic dinner I will be visiting again!
