Service was soooooooo slow..... food was amazing tho
Wasn't the best experience. Our waitress was rushing us to order seems like. Disappeared for long lengths of time. My steak was undercooked and I just don't like the thought of restaurants reheating your food on a grill where they are cooking fresh food. At least the kids enjoyed

Decided to drop in while making a quick run to the mall. Yes they were on a wait but it was Sunday afternoon so no big surprise. Waiter was great. Made reservations so we got right in. Food was ok, I have never been impressed with the food it is overpriced but my granddaughter loves the place so we go here more than I care to. My largest complaint is the guy that goes around blowing up balloons and wants money for it, really!? A tip is reasonable but come on rainforest cafe pay him something so he doesn't have to walk around and beg
The food was not great. Mahi Mahi had no flavor, and bones. Shrimp scampi was way over cooked and shrimp tempura was the same, rubbery. Best part of everyone's meal was the flat bread appatizer.. for $162 will never eat there again. It's obvious you go so kids enjoy the animatronic animals and mock rain storm.
We were on an hour and a half wait. Service was great but right after we obtained our main courses, we saw a cockroach on our table. Luckily the waiter was about to walk off when I called him back and saw it. He went to his manager, Chase, and he came to apologize. When we received the check, he had taken 50% off the tab. I really think he should have comped the whole tab, I mean it wasn't a fly, it was a cockroach. I took my 9 year old daughter for her 1st visit on 2/25 about 7 pm. Josh was our waiter and he was SUPERB. He was very attuned to our wants & needs and made certain we were both happy. She got a slush in a Frog cup and we shared a shrimp pasta and we loved every bite.
