The food was decent. We loved the atmosphere. The seating staff could pay more attention to the customers that they are seating. I had a table for three with a child and ww were seated at a small table that wasn't near any animals and as we walked around the restaurant to look at the animals, I noticed a couple with no children sitting in a lovely booth with a lot of animals around them and a lot of excitement that my child would have enjoyed A lot more than the adults that were sitting there, at a table that was too big for... read more
What an awesome experience for kids and adults, the food was great.
I was excited to take my kids here because I have so many memories of eating here when we visit Grapevine. The food was very disappointing for the cost. They changed the sauce for the coconut shrimp to something I didn't like. My husband got double fries and it was the same amount I had for 1 order. Our waiter was very nice but not very attentive. We only got 1 refill right when we asked for the check. It was a let down.
It was ridiculous that we had to wait 20 minutes for a table when we counted at least 10 open tables. The food was very overpriced and it wasn't that great. Our waitress was really good and on the ball. I was extremely disappointed with everything else.
It was great but I didn't I wouldn't suggest it for small kids saw a few that were afraid

Go for the kids and the atmosphere but the food is very subpar and they have the nerve charge prices like it's delicious. I have had way better good at Applebee's. The atmosphere is fun for the kids but expect to wait.
My family and I love it there. A bit loud to hear everyone talking because of the music. Buy it is a great place.
