Other than the 2 hour wait for a table we enjoyed our time & meal!
Great atmosphere for kids, awful food selection and food was bland. I will not be going back.
It was pretty good our waiter was great my daughters grilled chicken came out dry and burned so she didn't eat it .so that was a waste of my $
Horrible waitstaff! We waited to hours to get sat in a corner where we were unable to see anything and to be forgotten about. We seen our server maybe 3 times. We had to ask for refills and when she came to take our order she says, Are yall ready to order yet? Or what???? Umm im sorry first impressions are everything and she left a bad taste in my mouth. Service sucked, food was horrible. We will never go back...
Seating arrangements were a hassle staff was confused and was given a 10 min wait turned out to be about 40 min after they seated several before us that arrived after we did.
I was having a baby day with my granddaughter 1and my nephew 10mth......accompanied me was my sister her son (my 9yr old nephew) my two daughters my friend AND her 2yr old and her 5yr old kids......the experience coming in was cool a lil tight space but nice but the wait to be seated to eat wasn't long put the waitress customer service was awful she took forever jus to bring drinks we sat at one we didn't get our food till 3 and so rude she was she took a long time to come and check on us and when she did she had an attitude... read more
We walked up and were told It was a 2 Hr wait. The pure look of disappointment i guess In my kids face ,but especially my son, had the other hostess call me around and seat us right away. We were already waiting for other attractions in the mall so this was fill in time. Needless to say we really enjoyed out meal. The waiter was great and was sneaking in refilling my drinks. He was on top of everything. The wait for the food was a little long but they were super busy. Will definitely be back when in that area again!!!!!
My family enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. The host could have been a lot friendlier. There was empty tables everywhere but people were having to wait 2 to 3 hours to even get seated.....Paul the host needs training on his people skills!!!!! Also, it took forever to get our food once seated because they gave our food to the wrong table and had to remake our dinner....
