Great experience and food was good too. The wait staff were very nice.
The only thing i was not too gappy the waiting time we waited over an hr but my kids love it
WORST DINNER OF MY LIFE!! We had a awful experience for my son's bday. Disgusting food, poor service, over rated & over priced food! Tried to change 4ppl RSVP to 6ppl &was told no bc they're booked... but then sat us at an8 PERSON TABLE! THEN, they stuck us in a corner, while having MANY other tables open! $100 for 3 ppl!
The food is good, the prices are a little on the high side. The atmosphere is fun and entertaining for the young at heart. But the service is very lacking. I can't even understand why you would not go to a table for 15-20 minutes at a time. By far this place has the worst service of any restaurant I have ever been to. I can understand being so busy but that's no excuse to stretch your employees to the point of making your guests unsatisfied.
It was great � we enjoyed our selfs, the only bad thing was there was a lot of people waiting to be seated an lots of tables empty but dirty. The employees were very attentive respectful and looked like they love what they do. There was balloon artist her name is Claudia and she was awesome � the food was good big potions but the steak no flavor at all it tasted like charcoal and dirty grill besides the steak everything was delicious I will definitely go back, but when I have a full pay check pricy but worth it.
Food was fantastic. Service was a little slow but the friendliness was great. Environment is amazing!
The place was fine and the food was good. The only problem was they seat is in a small table for five people.
Our meal was great. The atmosphere was inviting and they sang and celebrated my son's birthday. But most of all, they are honest hard working people. I left my purse under the table and went shopping in the retail part. Our waitress, Robin, immediately found it and turned it into a mgr to keep safe. Nothing was touched or taken. Then, unfortunately, my son laid down his 3DS while looking at T-shirts. We realized it an hour later. Went back and could not find it. Love it, great place! Loved that the kitchen manager came out to talk with me about my food allergies. Their gluten free burger buns are good.
