The food, atmosphere and waiter was great. But when we put our name on the list they lost our name and phone number. 30 minute wait turned into one hour wait. :(
Been over 100 time, and the first time we ever had a problem was last night, it was handles correctly and would not stop us from going back!
The wait time was only 15 minutes and our waitress was great. However, another waiter brought only 1 of 4 meals out, the other three came out about 5 minutes later. It happened to be my meal that was brought out ahead of time - and I'm not going to eat in front of everyone else (especially since two of the others were young kids), so my food was cold by the time everyone else's got there. We took our 3 kids here for their birthdays and we loved it! Our waiter was awesome! We didn't have to wait for anything and they were busy!
First time there - had about an hour wait, but that was to be expected - the mall was packed. Waitress was perfect and food was hot and really good! I cannot wait to go back! I had the chicken fried chicken and it was really good!
It's amazing always great service and great food really fun for grownups and kids only downfall is food is a little on the pricey side
Cool restaurant especially for children. Food is decent.
The kids loved all the animals and the atmosphere was great but the service was slow. It took our waiter a little bit to come and finally get our drink orders. The food was amazing.
What a bacon cheeseburger!!! We had a wonderful lunch!
