There was no wait for a table but the service was extremely slow...with our long wait for taking our order and receiving our food we were there for 2 hours and had to ask multiple times for things.

The service was second to none. Atmosphere was great. But the food is way overpriced. I didn't even have a price on what I ordered. Found out it was $26 when I got the check. And when you pay $130 for a meal, I don't expect my son's applesauce to come to the table in a 20¢ Sysco prepacked cup.
Honestly, waiting time is terrible and unrealistic. Being that said, place is amazing and every person in there is just so helpful and good. Our server Madison went out of his way to make us happy. We were celebrating my mom's birthday and we were a lot of people. Good food, good place, good people (:
We had a nice time. The wait wasn't to long, but the service was awful. Our waitress spent very little time with us. We had to ask multiple times for things needed. She new it was our daughters birthday that day. She handed the check to us before we could order dessert. Would have like to order something and have them sing happy birthday to our 7 year old. The Rainforest Cafe at the Grapevine Mills Mall is my very favorite Rainforest Cafe location. I highly recommend the Rainforest Cafe at Grapevine Mills Mall because of it's outstanding customer service and very excellent employees. Keep up the excellent work all of you.
We always get great service and the food is fantastic! Love ❤️ love ❤️ this place!
