Been there quite a bit in the past and have waited extremely long times for food but they are much better now. We hardly waited at all yesterday and food was hot and good. I would try again if you haven't been in a few months

Waited forever to meet our waitress, saw her like three time the entire night. 2 hours total time. We waited for 30 mins for waitress to bring drinks and take our order and an hour wait for food after ordering. We received our check service promptly though. Will not go back again or recommend!!
The wait was too long and the restaurant was too dark. We got to eat okay food and get bad service surrounded by fake animals and plants. Yippee! My family and I won't be going back.
It was awesome sauce me and the kids loved it! Plus great food
The experience was amazing for the kiddos! Unfortunately the kids meals took entirely too long, it had been over 45 minutes -- which to me is unacceptable. The little people at our table were very cranky, because they were hungry. We traveled there from Oklahoma City.
