Absolutely the WORST experience ever!!! We have been to rainforest cafe plenty of times and this has to be the worst experience we have her had. Our food took 30 minutes for a kids grilled cheese, kids chicken and a burger. The server came out after I had to search for her and told me that for some reason our food ticket was never sent through. Was really fun...Felt like a kid because I was getting all googly eyed at the animatronics! Server was tony! Food was great and would come here again if we are ever in texas!
The hostesses were very unattentive..Long wait time for a table, but food and service were very good..We will be back!

This was easily the worst restaurant my family and I have ever been to. We waited over an hour for a table that was supposed to have been ready within 10-20 minutes. When we asked about our wait time, one of members of management either couldn't or wouldn't give me a straight answer. When we were finally seated, we (thankfully) ended up with a great waiter. The ambience and good service justifies the price. Loved it
Might be ok when the staff is fully trained. Besides getting our order wrong, my wife received someone else's drink...on her lap.
Okay SO.....my family LOVED it! The atmosphere is just FUN! The lighting is to my liking! The food is soooooooooooooooooooo YummO!! But ...there is 1 thing I wasn't too happy about... there were not enough Vegan food options! Vegan desserts would of been nice too. :P Even though....we loved it!
