I wish I could give a better review. However, our waitress only stopped by the table twice and once after I had another staff member track her down. Dinner was sub par as well. I had the rotisserie chicken with rice and mash. The rice was the only moist item on the plate. I had to dip my chicken in my wife's sauces from her shrimp platter just too be able to swallow the bites. The shrimp platter my wife received looked nothing like the pictures! I will never return back to this place! Horrible service. They forgot our appetizer, forgot my order, brought my child a hamburger with nothing on it but meat and a bun, and her cup had a hole in it. Our drinks were only refilled a couple of times. I normally give a place another chance to get it right but I will NEVER give this company another chance!!! They aren't even worth the one star I had to give them.
This place is so family friendly & has very good food & scenic views!
Today was my first time to come here and I wish I could give it 10 stars:) the food was soo delicious,our waitor was awesome and for it being very packed everyone was so friendly def a place you wanna check out with your family I wished I lived closer because it's my new fav:) this place is awesome
Kids enjoyed the rainforest setting but other than that this place was a total bust. The place wasn't even that busy (weekday night) but the service was terrible it was almost an hour after we got there before we even received our appetizer. We ordered our kids meals at the same time as drinks and appetizers and asked for them to be brought out when they were ready but the kids were still waiting for another 10 minutes after we got our adults meals. I would normally give this 5 stars cuz it's one of my family's favorite places to go but today was horrible. We came to eat lunch in celebration of my son's 10th birthday, which was Wednesday. He chose to come eat here and when he mentioned his birthday, our server Roy asked him what today was and when my son hesitated, he automatically assumed he was lying.
